How to request the removal of your personal data

GUTS Circuit Breakers Pvt. Ltd. respects your privacy and provides you with the right to request the deletion of your personal data collected via our WhatsApp Business integration.

If you wish to have your WhatsApp phone number, name, and message history completely removed from our CRM system (stored in our whatsapp_contacts and whatsapp_messages database records), please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Deletion

You can request data deletion using either of the following methods:

Method 1: Via WhatsApp

Send a direct message to our business WhatsApp number containing the exact phrase:

DELETE MY DATA

Method 2: Via Email

Email our privacy team with your request. You must include the phone number associated with your WhatsApp account so we can locate your records.

What happens next?

Once we receive your request, we will manually process the deletion of your records.
Your contact profile and all associated message history will be permanently erased from our systems.
We aim to complete all data deletion requests within 7 business days.
Please note that deleting your data means we will no longer have your past communication history if you choose to contact us again in the future.
